OptiLayer 

  1.      Yield analysis results representation is improved in cases, when Specification was used to define allowed limits for spectral characteristics.
  2.      Problems (access violation) during PDF file export (from the Chart Designer and right-click Export menu) fixed.
  3.      Plot Engine II Append problem: some series were missing, append result was not complete.
  4.      After changing a chip in a monitoring spreadsheet (OptiMonitor window) in the “C” column the current row was not updated (and the next rows which potentially can    be affected).
  5.     Some UDT Target characteristics were not saved properly in the Target database. Fixed.
