Target Interpolation

  • To provide even more flexibility to target specifications a new option Target Interpolator has been implemented. It can be invoked through the [#] button next to the “Number of spectral points” and [?] entry fields in the Target editor window.. Using this option you can modify (increase or decrease) numbers of spectral points in a selected range using piecewise-linear interpolation or spline interpolation of targets in this range. This option is also convenient for fast specification of targets with piecewise spectral dependencies.

  • The concept of User Defined Targets (UDT) has gained further development. It is now possible to include/exclude Light Source and Detector characteristics in calculating UDT. This can be done through the Configuration -> Settings dialog using the respective check-box at the Source/Detector/Cone/Integral tab of the General Configuration window.
